Rude, unprofessional and refusing to return my money.

I was excited to purchase from Obinna Chiamaka Monalisa, founder of pbellebeautyng, after a positive experience in 2021. Unfortunately, my second experience was disappointing. I sent her a digital receipt, as proof of payment, and it wasn’t until after receiving my bank transfer (5 days later), she claimed I still had an outstanding balance and, despite agreeing to issue a refund, has avoided doing so while giving misleading excuses. The interaction was unprofessional and disrespectful. I would advise international clients to proceed with caution. She’s smart enough to agree to a refund in writing, but will not honour it, especially if you’re an international client as she knows you can’t do much. Unfortunately for her I have already commenced legal action.
