If I start explaining on how MTN has dealt with me. A day won't be enough.

Aside that, MTN data sucks they makes you wonder what you did with your data.
To save my mental health I have to switch to Glo network
Their network is good enough in my area. Their data plans are expensive and finish very fast.
I am extremely disappointed with the recent quality of MTN’s services. The data connection has been consistently poor, with slow speeds and frequent interruptions that make it difficult to work or browse effectively. In addition, call quality has been unreliable, with dropped calls and unclear audio becoming far too common.
For a network of this size, I expected much better consistency and reliability. Unfortunately, the current situation has become frustrating enough that I am now actively considering alternative service providers.
I hope MTN takes urgent steps to improve its network performance and restore the level of service customers expect.
