Bad Network

I am giving Smile Communications a 0.5 rating. The internet speed is extremely poor, and the network coverage and stability are unreliable. One moment the connection appears normal, and the next minute it suddenly drops, showing an exclamation mark without any warning.

This inconsistency makes it very frustrating and difficult to depend on the service for anything important. There is a serious need for improvement in speed and network stability.

Poor Data service

I am very disappointed with Airtel’s data service. The connection has been extremely unreliable, and in many cases, it cannot even load basic websites. Pages either take too long to open or fail to load completely, which makes it very difficult to carry out important tasks online.

For a major network provider, this level of performance is unacceptable. Customers pay for data expecting stable and consistent internet access, not constant frustration.

I strongly hope Airtel addresses these issues and improves its network quality as soon as possible.

Review of MTN Nigeria

Poor Services

I am extremely disappointed with the recent quality of MTN’s services. The data connection has been consistently poor, with slow speeds and frequent interruptions that make it difficult to work or browse effectively. In addition, call quality has been unreliable, with dropped calls and unclear audio becoming far too common.

For a network of this size, I expected much better consistency and reliability. Unfortunately, the current situation has become frustrating enough that I am now actively considering alternative service providers.

I hope MTN takes urgent steps to improve its network performance and restore the level of service customers expect.
